Upload an RFP you're bidding on

Drop it here and Nimra turns it into a plain checklist you can scan in minutes, flagging anything that could disqualify your bid. PDF, Word (.docx), Excel (.xlsx), PowerPoint (.pptx) or plain text. Add the base RFP plus any amendments and addenda and Nimra treats them as one. If the RFP ships its own response form, drop that in too.

What came out

The run above produced these three things

From the same solicitation the hero just read, answered out of a demo company's document library. Nothing here is a mock-up: it is the output of that sample, kept in the page.

1 · The requirements checklist

  • To even bidHold a Class A General Engineering licenseEligibility & Licensing
  • To even bidAttend the mandatory pre-bid (disqualifying)Submission
  • MandatoryProvide 10% bid securityBonds & Bid Security
  • MandatoryFinish in 240 days; $2,500/day liquidated damagesScope of Work
  • MandatoryUse E-Verify; provide the MOUWork Authorization
  • After awardSubmit certified weekly payrollPrevailing Wage & Labor

Sorted worst first. The ones that end a bid sit at the top; the ones that only matter if you win sit at the bottom, and are still there.

2 · The drafted response, in Cornerstone Builders Group's words

Provide 10% bid security

Cornerstone Builders Group will provide bid security in the form of a bid bond equal to 10% of the total bid amount, issued through Liberty Mutual, … (excerpt)

Drawn from Company profile

Use E-Verify; provide the MOU

Cornerstone Builders Group is enrolled in E-Verify and uses it for every employee, including new hires assigned to this … (excerpt)

Needs you The bidder context contains no evidence that Cornerstone Builders Group is enrolled in E-Verify or holds a current DHS MOU.

Both rows reach the export. The second one carries its warning with it, so it cannot be missed by scrolling past it.

3 · The files you send

  • .xlsxThe response matrix: each requirement Nimra found, its answer, and what still needs you.
  • .docxThe submission document, with a cover letter and your own branding.
  • .pdfThe same document, print-ready, for a buyer who asks for PDF.
Amendments

The amendment nobody read

Public solicitations arrive in pieces. Drop the base RFP and every addendum in together and Nimra treats them as one document. Each requirement records which file it came from.

Base RFPProposals are due 31 July at 2:00 PM.
Amendment 2 changes thisProposals are due 14 August at 2:00 PM.

Both kept. You decide which governs. Nimra will not pick one silently.

Triage

Can you even bid?

The answer is usually two or three lines deep in a document you have not read yet. Nimra pulls them to the front, worst first.

Free on every RFP once you have signed up. You never spend a credit to find out an RFP is not for you.

Your words

Drafted from your own documents

Your capability statement, your past proposals, your certifications. Nimra answers out of what you have given it, and on every answer it drafts from your library it names the document it drew from, so you can open it and check.

A partner's document is not your company's claim. Somebody else's capability statement is filtered out before the drafting starts, not edited out of the sentence afterwards. That is a different thing, and it is the one that holds.

Limits

What Nimra will not do

Every requirement in the spreadsheet export also appears in the submission document, and both are checked against real spreadsheet, Word and PDF solicitations before any change ships.

Price

Published, so you can work out the cost before you sign up

One free analysis when you sign up. After that you buy a small pack of credits, and the prices are on the page, not behind a sales call. A credit is spent only when the requirements list is actually created, and it covers the drafted response too. Reading the RFP and the can-you-bid summary stay free.
